Daily Activities

Strategy

  • Develop and execute the annual CRM marketing plan in accordance with Digital targets creating customer retention and loyalty to drive store traffic
  • Implement and realize the CRM vision and strategy throughout Europe
  • Guarantee growth in knowledge of customer profiles/data ensuring digital promise delivering the right message to the right person at the right time

Collaboration

  • Ensure the CRM operation is in line with Action digital vision
  • Provide information for enrichment of activities on Web, App, E-mail, Social, Search
  • Working closely with Data analysts to gather insights and continuously improve performance
  • Provide learnings to other departments to ensure CRM creates value organization wide

Process

  • Responsible for coordination of the CRM strategy 
  • Optimize the customer database, cross channel segmentation based on Data, Content and Channels, and enrich customer lifecycle and audience profiles
  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture 
  • Capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach of customers

Management

  • Setting out KPI’s and creating insights into customer journey, database status and total CRM as well as specific campaign performance
  • Clear communication of the vision with all those involved in the CRM team and within the Digital Marketing department 
  • People development 
  • Financial planning according to budgetary requirements 
Who you are

We are looking for a CRM Lead with an Passion for Digital. You have pragmatic and commercial mindset and a never-ending curiosity about the behavior of our customers. Besides that you are an strong communicator to your stakeholders and team members.

You also have:

  • Minimal 3 years of experience as a CRM Manager in an omni channel retail operation or at a pure player
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Experienced in extensive stakeholder management
  • Minimal high school (HBO), WO intellectual capabilities
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Strong strategic skills
