The DC Portfolio Manager is part of the Supply Chain department and reports directly to the Group Facility Manager. The main focus lies in supporting the development of new DCs and managing the key stakeholder relationships linked to all DCs in which Action operates.
 

Daily Activities

As a DC Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for the management of the key stakeholder relationships in the entire supply chain real estate portfolio and ensure the Supply Chain real estate portfolio is fully operational through e.g. repair and maintenance, in order to provide an optimal DC environment for Supply Chain to be able to achieve its overall strategic objectives. In addition to that you will be ensuring quality execution by third parties on the SC real estate portfolio. Furthermore a DC Portfolio

Who you are
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing stakeholders / acquisition transactions / maintenance of DCs on either lessee or lessor side.
  • Good general computer knowledge, experience with applications such as SAP considered as an advantage
  • Standard basic IT software knowledge
  • People Manager
  • Strong negotiator
  • able to think and act outside of own discipline/department
  • Project Management skills
  • Structured and well organized.
  • Self-starter
