Employee Service Desk

(Parttime, 32 hours per week) 

As Employee Service Desk you are the first contact for your colleagues in our stores in Germany. Because of your quick and effective work you make sure they can focus on what they’re best at; making customers happy!

Your daily Actions

The Service Desk team is a nice team with different nationalities. Together with your colleagues you’ll answer all the questions coming from our stores in Germany. The nature of the questions is very diverse and can vary from ICT to HR, and from Real Estate to finance. You make sure you find the right department and resolve the questions quickly and accurately, in a service orientated manner. Also, you get energy from helping people and like to be in contact with others. In this role you’ll be in contact with stores as well as other departments within our International Headquarters. When a question can’t instantly be resolved you do a first inventory, after which you’ll put through the message to your colleagues in the back office. Next to answering the telephone you’ll also answer questions coming in via Intranet. You make sure all the questions are registered in our database. 
You’ll be available during opening hours, 7:30 – 21:30 from Monday to Saturday, and are also willing to work occasionally on Sunday on the emergency (work from home).

An employee Service Desk at Action is service and customer oriented and works in an accurate and structured manner. You have a critical, pro-active and pragmatic attitude and are able to find the best solutions. You have great communicational skills and are a real team player. 


•    Experience in retail, service desk, customer service or call center is a pro;
•    You are fluent in English and two of the following languages: German, Czech, Polish or Italian.
