Employee Service Desk French

As employee Servicedesk you are the first contact for your colleagues in our stores. Because of your quick and effective work you make sure they can focus on what they’re best at making customers happy!

Your daily Actions

The Servicedesk team is a nice team with different nationalities. Together with your colleagues you’ll answer all the questions coming from our stores. The nature of the questions is very diverse and can vary from ICT to HR, and from Real Estate to Finance. You make sure you find the right department and resolve the questions quickly and accurately, in a service orientated manner. Also, you get energy from helping people and like to be in contact with others. In this role you’ll be in contact with stores as well as other departments within our International Headquarters. When a question can’t instantly be resolved you do a first inventory, after which you’ll put the tickets through to your colleagues in the back office. Next to answering the telephone you’ll also answer questions coming in via the ticket system. You make sure all the issues and questions are registered in our database. 
You’ll be available during opening hours, 7:30 – 21:30 from Monday to Saturday, and are also willing to work occasionally on Sunday on the emergency shift (work from home).

Meet your team

The Store Operations department offers service in three areas: productivity, personnel management and inventory management. The team organizes and structures the daily activities of all stores in Europe and works together with the regional managers, Country HR and Supply Chain. When our stores are well organized and efficiently stocked, our employees are able to serve their customers in the best, most efficient way. This is you

An employee Servicedesk at Action is service and customer oriented and works in an accurate and structured manner. You have a critical, pro-active and pragmatic attitude and are able to find the best solutions. You have great communicational skills and are a real team player. 
Furthermore:

  • Experience in retail, service desk, customer service or call center is a pro
  • You are fluent in French and English. Another language such as Dutch, German, Polish or Spanish is nice to have
