You will be responsible for all national and international norms of our store processes. In this role you’ll analyze and optimize these processes. You’ll have a lot of freedom and room for your own initiative to do so. As Productivity Analyst you will be part of the Store Operations Team and will report to the Store productivity Teamlead. The team Productivity works closely together with our Finance department and is the first contact for planning and labor cost control for area managers, region managers and other departments within our international headquarters. In this role you manage our Workforce Management software for our stores.
One of your main tasks will to optimize and analyze the ‘activity based planning and working’. Therefore it is important that you are familiar with store operations and time standards. New activities will be added because of business process changes. You will be responsible to secure changes within our stores by managing our Workforce Management software.
Part of this role is the management of data in the Workforce Management software. Together with your team you make sure that the data in the Workforce management software are always up-to-date. For example store specific characteristics, activities of store operations, time standards and periodical activities. Because of you stores will be able to work efficiently and effectively, which will contribute to the success of Action!
When there are big changes in our stores you deliver input for the business cases to ensure that decisions will be well argued. Also, as well as requested and on your own initiative, you will perform productivity based analyzes.
