(Fulltime 38h)
An exciting opportunity for someone who likes to take responsibility, is result-driven, hands-on and prefers to work in a fast-changing (international) environment.

For our Internal Audit team we are searching for an Internal Auditor with experience in executing IT-Audits or someone with affinity. As an Internal Auditor you assess how we control our risks and you give clear advice for further improvement of our internal control, risk management and operation. Your excellent communication and analytical skills combined with you enthusiastic character make you an excellent team player throughout the whole organization.

This is your daily action

Due to the rapid international growth of Action, a professional Risk Assurance team, including the Internal Audit team, is essential to support and challenge management in building a better business.

As an Internal Auditor with an IT-focus you assist the audit team in the planning and execution of operational, financial and IT-audits. You present your audit results in a crystal-clear way to colleagues or even management. In your role you deliver a direct contribution to strengthening the control of our business processes by providing pragmatic and cost-conscious solutions to control challenges. Your solicited and unsolicited advice is appreciated by our Management. An Audit will not end after your report, as an Internal Auditor you follow up on the agreed action plans and thus you contribute to improving our business processes. Based upon your continuous dialogue with management you stay abreast of the implementation of agreed upon improvements. You execute audit services over the entire width of Action both nationally as internationally.

Internal Audit is a relative new department within Action and as a result we provide you with the opportunity to shape your own role, not limited to the execution of internal audits, but also including further developing the Internal Audit processes and methodology.

As an Internal Auditor you continuously collaborate and support colleagues and peers across the organization both at Zwaagdijk and across the countries we operate in. The role is based in Zwaagdijk and involves occasional travel within Europe.
