This is your daily Action

As a Content Traffic Coordinator you are responsible for the deliverables of the content team towards the whole organization. You work closely with our product editors, copywriters, inhouse photo-studio team and visual designer in order to deliver all written and visual content. 

You keep track of communication between the content team and your stakeholders within Action to deliver on time and according to briefings. Especially the close collaboration with (online) Marketing is key for your role. You insure your stakeholders are informed and aligned at all times.

You assess briefings. If they are not complete? You don’t hesitate to reach out to the right stakeholders in order to get your job done. Negotiate timelines if and where required and set daily priorities for team members. Furthermore you troubleshoot production and timing issues when you see them while actively proposing improvements around the setting up the content process.

Meet your team

Our Digital department is responsible for all of Action’s digital customer communication. The Digital Marketing & Merchandising team develops all paid advertising, videos, social media, newsletters and the merchandising available at action.com. The Content team is responsible for producing all the visual material and copy for our marketing expressions and the Customer Experience & Insights team takes care of web development, analytics, SEO and CRO. Last but not least, the Digital IT team is responsible for Action’s backend, architecture and online platforms. Our Content team is responsible for all digital visuals and all the text in our marketing campaigns. That means we do all copywriting, (digital) design and content production in-house. You are a result driven, effective communicator and working closely together the Digital and Marketing departments within Action. With your creative mindset you are able and willing to constantly adapt to changing realities. Your goal is to contribute with your knowledge to facilitate effective communication between our your team and other departments. You show commitment by putting the customer first and providing a consistently high quality service within the policy of the organization, both internally or externally

  • You have a completed bachelor degree
  • 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in retail
  • Planning, applying structure and punctuality are part of your DNA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
