Financial specialist purchase orders

32 to 38 hours per week

Are you pioneering? You are if you're a financial specialist for purchase orders at Action! The rapid growth of our organisation makes it even more important to organise internal procurement efficiently. You and your brand new team will take on this challenge. From your base in Noord-Holland, you will answer questions from colleagues about purchase orders, monitor compliance with the purchasing policy, and prepare the corresponding reports. And that’s just a few of your varied range of tasks.

This is your daily action

You are the single point of contact for all questions about purchase orders for your colleagues – including IT, HR and marketing specialists. Do they want to buy goods or services? If so, you ensure that orders are displayed in a correct and timely manner in SAP Ariba. In doing so, you will work with colleagues from the Accounts Payable team and the Purchasing department. You also keep suspense accounts and various reports up to date, such as age analyses of outstanding requests.

What makes your role super dynamic? You deal with different stakeholders. This includes suppliers and colleagues from all over Action. You and your team may be managing open purchase orders one day and providing input on collaboration with suppliers the next. You will also hold internal Q&A sessions and training sessions, for which you will keep the course materials up to date. Finally, you will participate in overarching projects in which you represent the purchase order process. That’s a lot of variety in one job.

Meet your team

You also communicate well with (international) stakeholders and colleagues. You have a service-oriented mindset.

You also have:

  • a secondary vocational education or higher professional education qualification
