HR Project Manager (interim)

 (32-38 hours per week)
Action continues with its amazing expansion plans. We are already active in 9 countries and we have strong plans to boost our international presence. We have a firm commitment to provide our organisation with the best HR systems, tools and processes that support our employees and managers. As a result, we are looking for an experienced HR project manager that will take on multiple HR projects. 

Action has established a solid roadmap for the next years containing several HR focus areas. For every focus area a number of HR initiatives have been defined ranging from HR technology projects to data privacy awareness and our Action Social Responsibility program. 

We are looking for someone who is tech savvy, has a sharp eye for detail, is process driven, has strong stakeholder management skills and elaborate knowledge of HR processes and systems.

This is your daily action

You will be a member of the HR Project Managers team in our International Head Quarters. The main focus will be on managing international projects and their deliverables. Together with multi-functional teams you ensure a smooth and efficient execution of projects within the agreed timeline and budget. Next to that you will have a strong focus on data privacy and other awareness programs.

As a HR Project Manager you play a key role in implementation, communication and change management. You will ensure accurate information and project data is securely retained and maintained. Within the role you will be dealing with strategic stakeholders from different domains and levels within the organization.

Meet your team

Action has grown so rapidly that we have transformed our HR department into a strategic ‘centre of excellence’. Within this COE, Recruitment is responsible for recruiting employees for our international headquarters and our Dutch country office. Compensation & Benefits is responsible for anything related to salary, bonuses, lease cars and other employment conditions. People Development organises training courses for colleagues working at our stores and distribution centres. HR Projects develops and manages multiple projects aimed at increasing the added value of our HR department and our HR Service Centre provides various services to our country offices including payrolling. This is you

As a Project Manager within Action you are able to guide and influence decision making to comply with company and HR guidelines. You are self-confident with broad and developed communication and change management skills. Besides that, you manage your projects with a no-nonsense attitude and a drive to deliver results.

Furthermore you have:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an dynamic international, multi-cultural, country and/or head office environment 
  • Proven project management skills. Execute with pace and urgency but with eye for detail
  • Experience with HR system implementation projects is a must, SuccessFactors is a strong plus
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, proficient in French and German is a big plus
  • risk Interest in HR data privacy and & control management for HR
