HR solution architect

(Fulltime/Part-time, 32-38 hours per week)

Action is growing fast on an international level, and so does our workforce. A well-functioning HR system landscape is more than important, and that will be exactly your focus in this role as HR solution architect. From workforce management to payroll, you will ensure a consistent, coherent whole between HR tools and systems that are key to the future of our international business.

This is your daily action

As an HR Solutions Architect, you will be part of our Business Technology (BizTech) teams, and to be more specific in the team focusing on Store Operations, HR, Fraud and Real Estate. You will create and approve the solution design of a software solution such as SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, Verzuimsignaal and DocuSign. This will enable the solution to be built, implemented and maintained according to the design. You will be responsible for a three-year architecture roadmap for the tools and systems within the HR domain, in which you will manage the entire life cycle. You will do so in line with the overall IT strategy, balancing cost, functionality, maintenance requirements and the impact on new and existing applications. 

Together with seven direct colleagues, you will work on several projects, the two largest being payroll insourcing and replacing our workforce management system. You will manage your own toko and determine, together with an IT HR operations team and other specialists from our HR expertise centre, the direction we take at a national and international level: where changes are needed and where bottlenecks are present –  whether that's implementing new SuccessFactors modules or a broad payroll project.

This is you

As an HR Solutions Architect, you have strong communication skills and know how to involve all stakeholders in HR systems. You know how to set the right priorities in the short and long term, take responsibility, adopt a proactive attitude and know how to look ahead to the future. You have a keen eye for detail, but always take the bigger picture into account. 

In addition:

  • Proven experience in the field of IT, preferably in a similar role
  • Relevant work experience with IT HR applications; work experience in retail would be an asset
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (both oral and written)
