This is your daily Action

As an Internal Planner at Action, you are responsible for managing stocks and supporting incoming and outgoing flows. You can think of:

  • Stock movements by partner carriers between external locations and Action distribution centers. You control the external storage for the overflow of the DCs;
  • Planning shipments between our 8 distribution centers and our hubs in 7 different countries. At an international level, you prepare transport orders and lists on which your colleagues in the Supply Chain and Transport Planning will further plan;
  • You also take care of the stock planning of NHG (Non-Commercial Goods) as a backup;
  • You prepare Push and Flow lists;
  • You handle the return process to suppliers and buyers;
  • You are also in close contact with external stock locations about stock levels and inbound and outbound capacity.

By making a detailed planning, work preparation and good communication, you ensure that the right amount of products are in the right place at the right time. You like to get things sorted out and colleagues know where to find you when they want something done. The job is versatile and challenging with a wide range of tasks.

This is you

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in retail or supply chain;
  • Experience with Excel;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
