You will be part of the ITSM team. To support Action's growth, the team works together to take the service provision to the next level. In this role, you will chair the change advisory board (CAB) and will be the final approver of any changes.

What you offer

  • ITIL v.4-certified 
  • Focused on the change process
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with change, release and problem management
  • Experience with agile working is an asset
  • Education to a secondary vocational education level or higher professional level
