Most of the team is based in our IHQ in the north of Holland but we also have a team member based in France. We are growing and professionalizing quickly, we want to have better tools and solutions to support the business for further expansion.

Procurement is aligned to the business functions, such as Supply chain, Real-Estate & Facilities, IT, HR & Marketing. The team has a good mix of younger Procurement specialists as well more seasoned Procurement managers. Since Action is growing, the demand for the Procurement team to deliver results in both bottom line impact as quality, rises every year. Therefore, new team members must be resilient and need to show a healthy ambition to help to further develop the role.
