Your daily tasks
You will be involved in filling vacancies at our headquarters quickly, effectively and efficiently. You will attract the right talent who, together with us, want to build on Action's success and growth. And as you will be working with different departments, the work is very diverse. You will receive requests from HR to Finance and in languages from German to Polish, putting you close to the business and showing you what we do to continue to grow and develop.
You will be a business partner for line managers when it comes to recruitment and listing recruitment needs. You will draft job advertisements and post them on the Action careers site and distribute them across your own network. You will not just wait for candidates to come your way, but also proactively seek out and build various talent pools, such as via LinkedIn. During the process, you will be responsible for initially screening candidates, conducting selection interviews and continuously monitoring the quality and the lead time of the selection process. You will remain in close contact with your candidates and talent pools, and will keep them informed of the status of our vacancies on a regular basis. As a Recruiter, you will actively contribute to a recognisable and attractive employer brand and strive for the best candidate journey!

Action has grown so fast that we are currently transforming from an HR department into a strategic centre of excellence. Within our department, Recruitment hires new Action employees for our international headquarters and our country office in the Netherlands. Compensation & Benefits is responsible for everything related to salaries, bonuses, lease cars and other employment conditions. People Development organises training courses for store employees and colleagues in the distribution centres. HR Projects develops various projects to ensure our HR department plays a key role within Action, while our Shared Service Centre serves our country offices with payroll services and more. Finally, each support department has its own HR Business Partner who looks at staff intake and departures and forms the bridge between the department and our overarching HR team. What you offer

- Higher professional education (HBO), preferably completed higher professional education in HRM
- At least one year's experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of selection methods, interview techniques, online recruitment tools and social media
What we offer
- Depending on your experience, a starting salary of a minimum of €29,000 and a maximum of €38,000 a year, based on a 38-hour-a-week contract
