As Store & Process Support Expert you will report to the Team Lead Store Process and Support and you are responsible for optimal support to the international store organization.
You have a supporting role towards the store organization and you ensure that the daily operation runs as efficiently as possible. You answer questions from the store organization, you solve issues that affect the stores and you support testing new systems, forms and processes. You evaluate this thoroughly and you document the changes.
Besides that, you constantly align with other HQ departments like HR, Real Estate and Commerce. With all they are doing, you always keep in mind what the impact is for the stores and act as a gatekeeper for all our 1.600+ stores. This is done by joining project teams and meetings with other department.
As an Store & Process Support Expert you get energy from improvements and solving issues. You have excellent communication skills, feel responsible and proactively address problems.
Furthermore you have a(n)
- Minimum secondary vocational degree and higher professional working/thinking level
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail in a Store Operations function
- You have an in depth knowledge of store processes
- Good comment of Excel
- Fluent in English, any other European language is preferred
