Daily Activities

The main purpose of the allocator is to create, maintain, monitor and guard the different types of allocations as well as to prepare the flow of goods through the replenishment system, based upon the demand and commercial planning.   • Based upon these allocation plans, you will create pushes to facilitate the phase-in and phase-out of the assortment on SKU level;
  • Stakeholder management via periodic meetings with Supply Chain, Buying, Commercial Development and Demand Planning;
  • Guarding the flow of urgent deliveries such as promotion and new article introductions;
  • Supporting ad hoc urgent allocation flows like seasonal uplifts and/or hypes;
  • Guarding timelines for deadlines regarding pushes and inflow for assigned categories and commercial seasons;
  • Creating and maintaining processes with multi-department stakeholders, aiming to create a structured way of working with matching KPI’s, milestones and communications.

You have a proactive attitude and your strong interpersonal skills allow you to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. You are service-minded and customer oriented, as well as demonstrating a high level of pragmatism. You work towards results and you have a way with numbers, facts and figures that allows you to effectively analyse and solve problems. You execute all activities and projects with pace and urgency yet in an organized and structured way, while sticking to the agreed upon deadlines and guidelines.
