Fulltime (38 hours) The Program Manager is part of the Transformation department within the Supply Chain function and reports directly to the Manager SC Transformation. In this capacity you have a pivotal role in the transformation of the Supply Chain organization from the “now” to the “new”.
The Program Manager is responsible for one of the three main transformation phases, such as (i) stabilize and fix, (ii) absorb the growth, and (iii) SC Excellence. Each phase consists of multiple key projects to ensure the SC function will further professionalize and support the growth of our organization. The total transformation has a horizon of several years. As such, the role demands an understanding of how growing organizations operate as the Program Manager needs to liaise with multiple stakeholders. It also demands tight project management to prevent business disruptions. These responsibilities require the highest levels of project scheduling and strategic to understand complex, multi-project environments and quickly diagnose potential risks. The Program Manager needs to be able to facilitate difficult working sessions with senior leaders and handle positive and negative feedback. The role requires effective communication with diverse groups of people within a fast-paced and pragmatic environment. It is therefore crucial to stimulate positive responses from others as well as yourself. You need to drive and embed change in the designated phase by acting as a change leader. In this capacity, you will work at several locations where your presence is required and your projects are deployed.

What characterizes a Program Manager Supply Chain
A Program Manager is a change leader who is able to motivate and energize large groups. You have strong communication and presentation capabilities in order to effectively convey ideas in various situations by tailoring your style of communication to your audience, while building consensus by means of fact based discussion. You have experience with planning and coordinating and you are able to efficiently delegate tasks and allocate available skillsets towards the united vision. You are highly skilled in managing projects in a structured and organized manner and you take into consideration more than just your own department.
Additionally you have:
Completed BSc/MSc degree
10 years direct program, transition or project management with primary responsibility for at least 4 projects (i.e. bringing strategy to operational execution or ensuring a new way of working across the entire Supply Chain)
Certification in Prince2, Six Sigma / Lean Management, or related certifications
Skills in Microsoft Office and MS Project
Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal. Another language is a plus
Operations expertise combined with supply chain knowledge is preferred
