Team lead Financial Shared Services
(Full-time, 38 hours a week)
Do you feel at home in a position and organisation offering plenty of room for growth and further development? Do you have managerial experience and are you a specialist in SAP Ariba and SAP Invoice Management? If so, you could well be our new Team Leader and we would love to get to know you!
This is your daily action
As Procurement Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for the procure-to-pay process, from procurement to delivery. This position was created through the implementation of SAP Ariba. We are still in the initial phases, which gives you the opportunity to agree on the way of working with stakeholders and to get the process off the ground. In this role, you will report directly to the Transaction Processing Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team that will be expanded to six people by the end of 2022.
This role is extremely diverse. Firstly, as there are a large number of stakeholders, you will have lots of contact with the internal business, suppliers and your counterparts in Accounts Payable. You may sometimes be busy working on a spend analysis, while on other occasions you will have to manage older purchase orders and, in the process of which, contact users because further processing still needs to be done. You will work on specific processes within your department as well as take part in overarching projects.
