(Full-time, 38 hours a week)

This is your daily action

As Procurement Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for the procure-to-pay process, from procurement to delivery. This position was created through the implementation of SAP Ariba. We are still in the initial phases, which gives you the opportunity to agree on the way of working with stakeholders and to get the process off the ground. In this role, you will report directly to the Transaction Processing Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team that will be expanded to six people by the end of 2022. 

This role is extremely diverse. Firstly, as there are a large number of stakeholders, you will have lots of contact with the internal business, suppliers and your counterparts in Accounts Payable. You may sometimes be busy working on a spend analysis, while on other occasions you will have to manage older purchase orders and, in the process of which, contact users because further processing still needs to be done. You will work on specific processes within your department as well as take part in overarching projects.

More than 70 specialists work in various roles in the Finance department. The Financial Shared Service Centre takes care of the complete administration of our international organization. Treasury manages all cash flows and our Tax team handles all tax matters. Business Controlling provides financial advice to Store Operations, Commercial Control, Supply Chain and Financial Control. Not only do we provide important management information, but our analysis also ensures important process optimisation. This is you

As a team leader and sounding board for various (international) stakeholders, you are an excellent communicator. You will put forward proposals for simple, efficient and effective working methods and then implement them. In addition, you are highly organised, able to structure activities and meet your commitments within the given deadlines by following the guidelines.

You also have the following:

  • A Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' work experience, with a focus on the P2P process
  • Experience with SAP Ariba
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (both oral and written)
