Action continues with its amazing expansion, being already active in 7 countries and we have strong plans to boost our international presence. One of our key priorities is to develop and implement our Digital strategy. Action is convinced that in order to serve millions of people every week a digital customer interface is a prerequisite for further growth. For that reason we recently started with the implementation of a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Platform consisting of multiple cloud components. To safeguard a successful implementation, we are strengthening the IT team. Therefore, we are looking for the best and talented professionals to drive this amazing journey.

For our Digital IT team, we are hiring a Digital Platform Analyst with a focus on Customer Experience.

Do you have experience in retail digital transformation? Did you already gain valuable experience with customer oriented systems? Is SCRUM no secret to you? Are you the team player that can take a crucial role in determining the scope of sprints and platform functionalities to fulfill the business requirements? Then we are probably looking for you!

Daily Activities

As a Digital Platform Analyst you are involved in the process of translating requirements from the digital marketing colleagues into a technically feasible and innovative solution design. You will work closely with the product owner to optimize sprint strategies and steps. As Digital Platform Analyst for Customer Experience you will of course focus on implementing the Customer Experience platform in a technically futureproof way, finding the right balance in delivering the best customer experience through a technically stable, scalable and futureproof platform.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Product Owner in translating the Digital Marketing roadmap into sprints to deliver business value;
  • Aligninging and managing the technical aspect of sprint content and backlog;
  • End-to-end alignment across technical components;
  • Driving the integration requirements in the technical landscape;
  • Aligning with Platform Analysts of other Digital Domains.
  • Promoting the technical stories that the Product Owner should include in the sprints, preventing technical debt;
  • Aligning technical improvements with our platform suppliers and Architects;
  • Reviewing, defining and improving requirements for services and SLA’s;
  • Assisting in defining and organizing the right strategies on data management and data modeling.
Who are you
  • You are a team player, with drive and excellent social skills;
  • You are a recognized professional with a deep understanding of digital customer behavior, customer data, platform potential and related business processes;
  • You have extensive experience with relevant platforms within the Digital domain;
  • Professional and intellectual abilities at bachelor or master level in the field of (Digital) Marketing, IT or Business Administration;
  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar (Digital IT) role; 
  • Proficiency in English is essential;
  • You can manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
