Logistics Service Coordinator

Fulltime, 38 hours per week

Are you ready to play a key role in managing and optimizing our logistics operations across Europe? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you connect multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth day-to-day execution? Join Action as our new Logistics Service Coordinator and help us drive operational excellence in our growing international supply chain network!

Your daily actions

As a Logistics Service Coordinator, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and external Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure flawless execution of daily operations. You translate short- and mid-term capacity needs into clear actions, manage service performance, and help drive continuous improvement.

You monitor service levels, identify bottlenecks before they arise, and proactively coordinate with stakeholders in Supply Chain Planning, Transport, and Process & Project teams. With our logistics operations outsourced to external partners, you act as the key link between Action and our LSPs ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery to our Distribution Centres.

Your focus will be on operational performance, relationship management, and process optimization balancing the dynamic nature of our fast-growing retail business with structured, data-driven decision-making.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and Transport Service Providers (TSPs) to ensure efficient warehouse and transport operations, delivering according to agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure Action meets its contractual obligations to support LSP performance.
  • Maintain strong and structured communication between Action HQ and external partners.
  • Escalate issues efficiently and follow up on mitigation actions to ensure business continuity.
  • Analyse operational data, challenge existing processes, and drive improvements.
  • Support system and process integration (ERP/EDI/TMS) to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Coordinate across internal departments (Commerce, Supply Chain Planning, Transport, Process, and Projects) and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Manage daily operational issues and act quickly to minimize disruption in the flow of goods.

You will report to the Operations Manager (Team Lead Supply Chain Inbound) and work within the Supply Chain Inbound team, which manages the flow of goods from Asia to Europe and develops Action’s multi-layer network of hubs and cross-docks.

Your team

You will be part of the Supply Chain Inbound department, which is responsible for managing and optimizing our import flows and European logistics network. Together with the Central Process Team, the department ensures operational excellence across the hubs and cross-docks, forming the second layer network. This network enables the first layer (Distribution Centres) to operate more efficiently and expand further across Europe to support Action’s rapid store growth. Our team combines analytical insight with hands-on problem-solving to keep Action’s supply chain moving efficiently every day.
