Your Role

As Management Assistant, you will support our Executive Committee member for Supply Chain and Technology and some of his direct reports. You play a pivotal role at our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk and be the trusted right hand, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Preparing presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence
• Acting as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders
• Supporting strategic projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Executive/Management Assistant or in a similar level support role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
