This is your daily action


As Management Assistant, you will be an essential link in their daily activities and therefore in ensuring our Real Estate department runs smoothly. You will be key to ensuring that the director can fully focus on the core task of leading our Real Estate department. You will assume organisational responsibility for their calendar and incoming emails, while handling confidential information with the utmost care and attention. You are responsible for the preparation of meetings, send out pre-reads and coordinate regular meetings and one-off Real Estate events.  Together with the Director, you will determine which emails require their immediate attention and monitor whether any further action is needed.

In addition to your skills in calendar and email management, you will play a crucial role in booking and arranging domestic and international travel for the Director, covering everything from flights to accommodation and transport. Furthermore, fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential given our international business environment as you will be exposed to interactions with country Real Estate teams. Confidentiality and integrity are your highest priorities, as you will always work with sensitive information. In this role, you will be the link that enables the Director to perform their role to the highest level.

What you offer


In terms of support, you are the person our Real Estate Director can rely on when it comes to planning and organisation. You know how to set the right priorities in a dynamic environment. Due to the nature of the department you will be joining, you handle any confidential information you become aware of discreetly and securely.

You also have the following:

  • At least five years' experience in a similar role
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Expected to be 4 days a week in the office
