Your Daily Action

 

In this role you will:

  • Manage and continuously improve key store operational processes such as and including inbound logistics, replenishment, ordering, and returns.
  • Monitor and analyses stock availability and accuracy across all Action stores in your scope, using data sets and dashboards to identify trends and constantly drive improvements
  • Act as the primary process and systems contact for store management, Regional Managers, Area Managers and Country Teams — translating operational issues into structured improvement actions
  • Create clear process documentation, manuals and training materials that enable store teams to work consistently and effectively
  • Visit stores, to validate processes on the ground, build relationships and gather first-hand insights
  • Work closely with IT, logistics, commerce other stakeholders to implement process and system improvements and ensure day-to-day operational stability

 

Meet Your Team

 

The Store Operations team is made up of Process Experts and a Process Systems Expert, each owning a specific operational domain. Our team of six focuses entirely on in-store processes - from inbound and replenishment to ordering, counting and returns - ensuring that hundreds of thousands of products are available and accurately managed across our 3,000+ stores every day.

 

This Is You

 

You are energetic, flexible, and eager - someone who rolls up their sleeves, adapts quickly and thrives in a fast-moving retail environment. You combine sharp analytical instincts with a practical, people-first mindset, and you understand that the best process improvements are the ones that get implemented on the shop floor.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, Logistics or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail store operations or process management; consultancy, logistics / supply chain backgrounds are also welcome if you have strong affinity with in-store processes
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel; able to translate data into actionable insights and clear reports or dashboards
  • Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP / WMS system would be helpful
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) plus at least one other European language
  • Strong communicator who can engage effectively with store managers, area managers and senior stakeholders
