The PMO is part of the Change department and reports to the Portfolio Manager.
Your daily actions
As Project Management Officer (PMO), you are a key player within the Projects & Portfolio department. You provide support across project and portfolio management processes and ensure high-quality, and complete reporting. Your work ensures that senior management and stakeholders are equipped with the right information to make timely and well-informed decisions.
You’ll report to the Portfolio Manager and collaborate closely with the Program Managers and Manager Project management, to ensure alignment with standards in project approval processes and project management methodologies and support in successful execution. In addition, you take a proactive role in developing and improving portfolio management tools, methods, and systems.
You’ll also be responsible for:
Supporting the development of the Supply Chain and Commerce program roadmaps and project portfolio.
Contributing to portfolio management processes, methods and system improvements.
Collecting and consolidating input from Project managers and subject matter experts to monitor project progress, budgets, and status.
Planning and preparing key meetings (e.g. Portfolio and approval meetings), including documenting and following up on actions and decisions.
Facilitating communication flow, managing document repositories, and coordinating portfolio- and project activities.

Your team
You will join the Portfolio management team, consisting of a Project Coordinator, a PMO (you) and reporting to the Portfolio Manager, who is responsible for the Commerce & Supply Chain portfolio and processes. What you offer
You are accurate, collaborative, and well organized. With a pragmatic mindset and strong communication skills, you bring structure and overview to the portfolio and progress of projects. You’re comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines and know how to keep stakeholders aligned and focused.
You also bring:
A bachelor’s degree or relevant education for a PMO role.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a PMO role, preferably in retail and Supply Chain.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
Experience in supporting and developing portfolio and project reporting.
Excellent command of English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
