Your Role

Just 2 SAP S/4 examples at Action:

As an SAP Basis Application Analyst you will focus on operating and improving SAP platforms (such as S/4, CAR, EWM & BW) and the underlying SAP infrastructure hosted on MS Azure.  
Action is growing extremely fast internationally, which means the number of employees is growing steadily along with it. Today, more than 78.000 employees use our HR applications, such as SAP Employee Central Payroll and SAP SuccesFactors.  As a Sr. Application Analyst, you know how to continuously facilitate our business and suppliers in the right way in a constantly changing environment.
 

Your daily tasks

• You will work together with your team, technology counterparts, solution architects, service delivery manager and the MSP to achieve optimal performance, availability, stability, scalability and security of the SAP platform and/or the Application .
• You will be the expert in the technical understanding.That means working with SAP to ensure our SAP solutions can handle high volume growth, translating business/ project requirements into technical requirements, and solving problems.
• You will analyse the impact of technical changes and ensure the successful implementation of any change requests 
• You will set priorities, determine testing requirements, and evaluate whether implementation is to the agreed standard.

What you offer

You are an SAP expert with 5+ years of relevant experience. You are self-confident, have good communication skills and show leadership. You are well organized, meet agreed deadlines and carry out your work according to the guidelines. You are results-oriented and take a pragmatic approach to your work. You handle time pressure well and you work effectively both independently and in a team.

You also have the following:

• Graduated higher professional education (HBO), preferably in information technology
• Relevant hands-on work experience on SAP S/4 products
• Excellent English (both spoken and written)
