Action is growing and we are opening new stores in existing and new countries. As International Store Designer, you manage the store design processes during the initial phases of entering in a new country, including the design of our first stores with focus on quality and supporting local construction teams. This means that you are operating on an international scale.

You build strong relationships with other departments as Format, Store Operations  and our international store design colleagues as you are the first point of contact in design solutions. Additionally you create, explain and maintain different design guidelines and make sure that store design country teams are align with the latest standards and monitor quality of works.
 

Meet your team

Our Real Estate department sets Action’s strategy for the continued growth of our organisation. The Acquisition team focuses on finding and leasing store space, the Construction team on design, building, renovation and maintenance of our stores and the Support team ensures that our teams are supported efficiently. In addition, IHQ Store design team maintains close contact with local design teams in each of our countries of operation.

This is you

You enjoy working in a dynamic and international work environment where no days are the same, as you switch your focus from local to overarching processes during the day. Due to your social and communication skills, you are able to build strong professional relationships. Furthermore, you have technical skills and enjoy the balance between the social and technical part of the job.

• Attention to detail.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of CAD software (AutoCad /Revit).
• Preferably, you have work experience in a similar role. 
• Ability to work in international environment.
• Works effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Formal education on design/construction as advantage.
