This is your daily action


You'll lead a vital part of our global HR Payroll and Support team, overseeing operations for multiple countries. Reporting directly to the Head of HR Services, you'll ensure consistent, accurate, and timely payroll execution across 5+ countries, managing a team of approximately 25 members. For some countries we do our payroll in-house for others we are collaborating with payroll providers. Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks in our processes.

Your role also encompasses people management, where you'll actively share knowledge and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee skills and performance. Additionally, you'll lead various projects within the payroll process area, including our ongoing efforts to insource payroll in additional countries continuing in 2025. Acting as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments and functions.

This is you


As a manager, your strong leadership shines through in your ability to inspire and motivate your team towards shared goals. You excel in strategic insight and analytical skills, using them to develop and communicate a clear vision. You prioritize building strong relationships, fostering trust and collaboration. Operationally focused, you lead by example, providing support and guidance to overcome challenges. Your exceptional organizational skills facilitate smooth execution and successful outcomes.

You also have the following:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You have strong knowledge of international payroll. 
  • You have at least 8 years' experience in international environments.
  • You have experience in managing operational teams, preferably cross country
  • Experience with HR (cloud) solutions, preferably SAP and/or ECP, is an asset.
  • You have an excellent command of English. Dutch or is a plus.
