This is your daily action


As a Photographer at Action, you are responsible for creating, editing and making optimal visuals available. You will capture creative photography, such as atmospheric images, and ensure that the visual material is suitable for both online and offline use. Your challenge is to translate the branding strategy into the right atmosphere and look. You will also assess incoming supplier images for brand and quality. You will work with a team of talented professionals and are involved in various campaigns. You will have the freedom to proactively advise and turn creative concepts into unique photography. In Marketing and Digital, we are responsible for the marketing and communication strategy and its execution. We are building more and more digital visibility and interaction. From customer surveys to designing our award-winning leaflet in our own Action Studio, and from private labelling to webcare, the app and social media campaigns. Our biggest challenge One breath, one format, online and in more than 2,000 stores in 10 different countries. You are a creative thinker, able to think conceptually and to create mood boards. translate the briefing to an image.You take ownership and are results-driven. You like to work in a team with your customer focus. You have analytical skills and a cross-functional mindset. Self-management, accuracy and attention to detail are your strengths. You communicate persuasively and take the initiative to challenge existing ideas. 

In addition you have:

  • Mminimum secondary vocational education (MBO) diploma
  • Experience with photography on the company and/or agency side
  • Eexperience with Photoshop and studio equipment, such as exposure plans and setting up cameras.
  • You have experience in using Capture One and Photoshop.
