As a Process Expert within our Supply Chain department, you will dive into the processes and systems for Inbound, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse, Outbound or Transport. Your daily Action
Working at Action isn't like working at any other company. With more than 2400 stores, 12 distribution centres, hubs, crossdocks and an ambitious growth plan, our supply chain is always evolving. Such changes include removing bottlenecks in the processes and systems, such as improving our order picking process or resolving errors in the EWM SAP system. As a Process Expert, you will take an active approach to implementing optimisations and improvements for your specific department, with a focus on simplicity and scalability. Your team will be the first point of contact for system-related questions or issues, and you will work closely with IT or consultants. During your work, you will coordinate with stakeholders and keep them informed with progress reports.
We have a number of major challenges ahead of us, including opening a new warehouse abroad and implementing SAP S/4HANA throughout our supply chain. We are looking for additional support as our team is heavily involved in both projects and is responsible for ensuring the projects run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Meet your team
The Process Improvement team is part of the Process Development and Support department in the supply chain and consists of Process Managers and Process Experts, each with their own area of expertise. We have Process Experts for Inbound, Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Centres, Outbound or Transport. As a team, you will ensure that Action's supply chain runs as smoothly as possible so the hundreds of thousands of products reach our 2500+ stores every day. Being able to optimise the process is what drives us.

You feel at home in a dynamic, vibrant environment. Your affinity with systems and your curiosity enable you to familiarise yourself with systems and processes in no time. You also take a structured approach to your work and have strong analytical skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the supply chain field
- An affinity for process improvements
- A good command of English
