This is your daily Action
As our Senior Procurement Manager — HR & Professional Services, you will shape the strategy and supplier landscape behind how Action supports, develops, and enables its organization at scale. You will operate globally across multiple countries, collaborating with HR, Legal, Finance and other teams to secure the services and capabilities required for a rapidly growing international retailer.

You will be responsible for turning fragmented requirements into coherent, scalable and efficient solutions for the business.
Success in this role means:
- A clear global strategy for HR & Professional Services
- Predictable and efficient sourcing and renewal cycles
- Strong supplier relationships and performance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management
- Clean governance and alignment across key functions
- Better commercial models and reduced total cost of ownership
- Solutions that scale as Action continues expanding internationally

How we contribute to society
If you only know Action from the stores, a world will open up for you when you come and work with us. We work hard to make a positive impact on society and the environment. Did you know, for example, that we sponsor more than 2,500 children worldwide who grow up in an SOS Children's Village? That our team reflects the diversity of our customers, including 161 different nationalities? That we purchase 94% of our wood products and 100% of our cotton sustainably? And that almost all our stores only use energy-efficient LED lighting? Yes, that is also Action. Curious about what other initiatives we’re facilitating? Join our team and find out for yourself.
