Program Manager Supply Chain & Commerce
Full-time: 38 hours per week
Every week, more than 15 million customers visit one of our 2600+ stores in Europe, and we regularly open new stores and distribution centres. This presents a growing logistical challenge, where we collaborate internationally to get more than 6,000 products to stores at the lowest price. Your Daily Actions
As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our organisation, by developing the annual 3-year roadmap, and translate this into the yearly domain portfolio. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiatives
- Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable projects.
- Drive project progress and manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality across projects
- Build change capabilities within the business
- Coach and support the project managers within your program
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across functions
- Report status and progress to key stakeholders
- Ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned across projects
This is You
You’re a seasoned program manager with a strong background in organizational change. You work well independently and thrive under pressure. You have:
- A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of direct program management or project management experience, with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects.
- Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages are a plus).
