As Project Manager Supply Chain Expansion, you play a crucial role in enabling our rapid growth by delivering successful distribution center (DC) roll‑outs, expansion initiatives, and large-scale improvement projects.
This is your daily action
As Project Manager Supply Chain Expansion, you are part of the Supply Chain Expansion team and report to the Program Manager. You translate strategic growth ambitions into successful, measurable project outcomes. You define objectives, scope, and requirements, set up project structure, and guide cross‑functional workstreams toward delivery.
You are responsible for:
- Leading end‑to‑end projects from initiation to closure, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget alignment.
- Managing objectives, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project governance.
- Reporting progress to program management, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional leaders.
- Facilitating decision‑making with business owners and senior management.
- Steering multi‑disciplinary workstreams and ensuring alignment across Operations, Logistics, Real Estate, IT, and external partners.
- Ensuring structured project execution, progress monitoring, and escalation where needed.
- Supporting organizational readiness across sites and embedding new capabilities.
- Fostering collaboration across all levels and sharing best practices across the PM team.

You are a confident, structured, and proactive project leader with strong analytical skills. You thrive in a high‑growth environment and bring energy to cross‑functional problem‑solving. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and keep oversight even in complex situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading complex projects in Supply Chain, Retail, or international environments.
- Experience in large‑scale project management and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred.
- Full‑time availability.
