Senior Technology Recruiter


(Fulltime/ Part-time, 32-38 hours per week)

Acquiring talent that aligns with an international brand is the primary focus of a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Action's international headquarters in North Holland. Your mission entails representing Action Technology in the tech labor market by overseeing the recruitment strategy and all associated activities.
 

This is your daily action


You will lead the recruitment process for all vacancies within the Technology department. One moment, you'll be searching for candidates through the talent pools you've established on LinkedIn; the next, you'll be discussing two new vacancies with a hiring manager or reviewing upcoming vacancies for the month with the HR business partner. You'll also liaise with external partners, such as coordinating the deployment of appropriate media channels and creating online content for your target audience, including testimonials and videos. Additionally, you'll conduct job interviews and go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Have you found the right talent? Then you make a job offer that no candidate can resist. You'll manage approximately 8 vacancies at a time.

At Action, we like to work together a lot. In this way, you form a ‘trinity’ with the HR business partners and the hiring managers. You will also work in the HR team consisting of a Recruitment Manager, a Recruitment Operations Specialist, six Recruiters and a Recruitment Coordinator. Within this professional and international team, we are always there for each other, and together we have a clear goal: to support the business as much as possible and to acquire the right talent for Action.

This is you


You'll be adept at identifying the talents required and ensuring they align with the department's needs. With your strategic insight, you are the reliable sparring partner for the HR business partner and line management. Thanks to your good sense of stakeholder management, you can build up a solid network in no time and be a familiar face for work relationships. 

In addition:

  • Hbo/Bachelor level 
  • Must have: at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience of hiring for the Netherlands or/and for Dutch companies is a must
  • An excellent verbal and written command of English
