Supply Planner Direct Import

Full time (38 uur per week)

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring the optimal replenishment of our stores and distribution centers across Europe? Do you combine a sharp analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, and do you thrive in a commercial and dynamic environment? Then this is your chance to make an impact on one of Europe’s fastest-growing retailers.

Your daily actions

As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for the supply and inventory planning of your category. You ensure optimal stock levels in our DCs and hubs, aligned with service levels, budgets and agreements with suppliers. You manage forecasts, container planning, call-offs and resolve urgent supply chain issues.

In this role, you are the key link between supply chain, buying, commercial teams, logistics and suppliers. You navigate the organization with ease, understand different interests and know how to engage stakeholders effectively. You gain energy from commercial alignment and performance optimization.

Your focus areas:

  • Actively collaborating with category buyers, demand planners, commercial teams and logistics to achieve joint sales, stock and availability targets.
  • Leading structured supplier performance meetings on OTIF, upcoming bottlenecks and optimization opportunities: steering both the relationship and the results.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and commercial opportunities and developing improvement plans at category and supplier level.
  • Advising internal stakeholders based on data, analyses, scenarios and forecast developments to support better commercial decisions.
  • Representing your category towards internal and external stakeholders, where your organizational sensitivity plays an important role.

This will be your team

You’ll join a close-knit and internationally oriented team of 9 Supply Planners. The team is a balanced mix of young professionals and experienced colleagues, ensuring a constant exchange of knowledge, energy and fresh ideas. Everyone is incredibly supportive and steps in for each other: especially during peak periods. Those moments show the true strength of the team: solving challenges together and moving forward as one.
A warm, engaged and professional team where hard work goes hand in hand with humor and strong team spirit.

This is you

You are an analytical and organizationally sensitive planner who enjoys collaboration, optimization and commercial interaction. With your structured way of working and strong stakeholder intuition, you know exactly who to get involved and when.

You bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or trading.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, assertive attitude.
  • Excellent Excel skills and a data-driven, analytical approach.
  • The ability to work efficiently under time pressure and quickly understand complex situations.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of replenishment systems (such as Slimstock or GOLD) is considered a plus.
