What will you be doing as a Talent Specialist? The summary of your role circles around the conception and implementation of talent and performance programs for all of Action. . 

This is your daily Action

As a Talent Specialist within Action, you will play an important role in shaping talent programs. As our organization continues to grow, expanding across the Netherlands and beyond, we're dedicated to investing renewing existing talent programs while developing new concepts and initiatives.  

We are looking for capabilities across the talent and leadership operations area. We welcome you to apply if you have interest and experience in any of the following areas. Depending on your interest and capability, you may be involved in one or more of the following areas:
·    New talent programs, growth tracks and engagement initiatives
·    Develop new learning content for stores and warehouse employees
·    Diversity and inclusion, developing policies and practices for the organization, fostering a workplace where every individual feels valued and respected.

Action HR has grown into a strategic Centre of Excellence in recent years. Within our department, the Recruitment team is recruiting new employees for our international head office. Compensation & Benefits is responsible for everything related to salary, bonuses, leased cars and other employment conditions. People development ensures that all our employees are given opportunities to develop and grow. HR Projects is developing various projects to make our HR department even more valuable within Action. Our Shared Service Center serves our Country Offices, for example with payrolling. Finally, each support department has its own HR advisor who looks at the inflow and outflow of employees and connects departments with our overarching HR team. This is you

As a specialist, you are able to lead with your conceptual understanding of the topic and have the ability to drive the topic you own from development of concept to implementation. At action, we keep things simple, which enables us to go from idea to practice at a fast pace. If you enjoy taking the lead in driving progress in an area and can define needs, identify a plan of action, bring insights on the best way forward, and execute with pace, this is for you. You can expect an environment that is supportive and where you can take action and make things happen!

You also have

• at least 5 years' work experience in the field of People & Talent Development within a complex HR setting
• Experience in independently managing programs related to talent, performance or learning and development
• You are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
