Treasury & Insurance Controller

Working independently, analytically and in a project‑oriented way comes naturally to you. In this position, you translate complex financial data from cash, FX and debt to derivatives, insurance premiums and recoveries, into clear insights and real‑time steering information. You create reports and dashboards that are not only high in quality but also directly applicable for decision making and risk management. You understand how information flows through the organization and know how to translate this into clear processes and decision frameworks.

With your seniority, analytical ability and communication skills, you bring colleagues along in the further development of Treasury & Insurance.

• Safeguard the completeness, accuracy and consistency of all Treasury and Insurance data through smart controls, data validation and efficient reconciliations.
• Strengthen the data chain by optimizing processes, system integrations and validation steps, moving towards an automated, exception‑based workflow.
• Provide validated and well‑documented input to Accounting, Business Control and Executive Management for closings, budgeting and periodic reporting.
• Develop and maintain scalable reports, dashboards and steering information within an integrated Reporting Cockpit, based on real‑time market and company data.
• Contribute to effective risk management by identifying insurable risks, centralizing data and providing insights for renewed insurance programs.
• Lead reporting around treasury and insurance costs, including interest expenses, ensuring consistent and reliable reporting output.
  Ensure continuity within the team by taking over core processes from colleagues when needed, allowing you to develop broad and deep insight into Treasury and Insurance activities.

• A background in treasury, insurance, or business controlling.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow reporting and internal controls.

• At least 5 years of experience in a demanding, fast‑growing environment (for example Big 4 or business control).
