Your Daily Action


At Action, every day brings new opportunities. You'll actively partner with departments, translating business goals into powerful HR strategies. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive and strategic HR guidance to managers at all levels.
  • Ensuring seamless execution of core HR processes: recruitment, talent development, succession planning, health management, and exit strategies.
  • Analysing HR metrics and trends to offer meaningful insights that drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborating closely with management to craft targeted people plans and monitor workforce planning.
  • Facilitating talent review sessions and performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Spearheading robust recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent and build strong, diverse teams.

You're proactive, approachable, and thrive in a dynamic international setting. With strategic insight and a hands-on approach, you build strong relationships, advise leaders effectively, and achieve impactful results. Specifically, you:

  • Drive performance management and talent development.
  • Advise on organisational effectiveness and design.
  • Lead leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage HR projects and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (HRM/International Business preferred).
  • Have at least 6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English.
