HR Internship (Process & Risk)
Do you want to get insight in how a fast growing international retailer is working? Are you interested in HR? Come join us at Action as a process management intern within the HR process and risk team.
The HR Process and Risk team is primarily responsible for governing, designing, optimising and monitoring end-to-end HR processes, including those at our global headquarters and in 12+ countries, from both an HR and cross-functional perspective. This includes key HR functions such as onboarding, learning & development, offboarding, mutations and payroll.
Your Daily Actions
During this internship you get to chance to work with the process experts within the HR risk and process team and see how business process management is implemented within the HR department of Action. You will support the process experts with:
- Facilitating process documentation workshops
- Documenting processes in line with BPMN standard in Signavio
- Identification of risks and controls
- Optimise the current processes to be fit for the future
This Is You
You are proactive in your work and are willing to learn the many aspects involved in business process management. You like to immerse yourself in different HR processes and have a critical eye. Experience of working in an office is a plus. In addition, you have the following:
- Your enthusiastic and have affinity with business process management
- In the last phase of your study (preferably retail or economics)
- The aspiration to complete an internship for four to five days a week from February 2025
- An excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
