As the Payroll & HR Admin Process Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring streamlined, compliant, and effective payroll and HR administration processes across our international organisation. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Standard Processes – You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to roll out and adapt payroll and HR administration processes across various countries, balancing local needs with global standards.
  • Risk Identification & Control Management – Conduct risk assessments, implement controls using BWise, perform periodic control self-assessments (CSA), and ensure risks in payroll and HR processes are effectively managed.
  • Process & Control Implementation – Provide clear, structured instructions and training to ensure adherence and uniformity in payroll and HR administration across teams.
  • Work Instruction Development & Enhancement – Translate complex processes into accessible, detailed work instructions, ensuring clarity and consistency for HR teams.
  • Process Measurement & Optimization – Monitor implemented processes, identify performance gaps, and proactively suggest and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Meet Your Team


As a member of Action’s HR Administration team within HR Services, you will play a vital role in shaping efficient processes for payroll and HR administration. Your efforts will directly impact thousands of colleagues across our European operations, ensuring consistent and efficient HR services.

You’ll collaborate closely with:

  • HR Administration Manager
  • Head of International HR Services
  • Local and central HR and payroll teams
  • Cross-functional teams including process experts and IT specialists
     

This is You


You’re a meticulous professional with a talent for simplifying complex processes and ensuring accuracy and consistency in everything you do. Your structured approach, paired with your collaborative spirit, helps drive continual improvement and compliance across HR processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processes and systems.
  • Proven experience with SAP HR & Payroll applications (SuccessFactors, EC Payroll) and process documentation tools (e.g., Signavio).
  • Knowledge and experience in process improvement, internal control implementation, and system implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
