Meet your team
Action's growth is down to the people who work for us. That's what we call the people factor. 4,000 colleagues work in Supply Chain in 10 countries, and this has an impact on business. We are the Supply Chain HR team and, when opening a new distribution center (which we do roughly once a year), we make sure we recruit enough good people to work there – and stay there! We take a pragmatic approach to our work and make rapid decisions in a small, energetic and open team. At the same time, we know where we'll stand in five years' time. We give you the opportunity to make sure both you and HR are well positioned in an international environment.
