Recruitment Operations Coordinator

32-38 hours per week

Introduction

Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to make recruitment teams more effective and candidates’ journeys seamless? Then this role at Action might be your next step.

From our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk, you will support the Talent Acquisition team across Europe with recruitment programs, supplier coordination, reporting, and process improvements. You’ll play a key role in keeping recruitment operations efficient, data-driven, and future-proof—while helping Action continue its rapid international growth.


This is your daily Action

 

  • Support recruitment programs and process improvement initiatives across all business areas, including referral programs and operational projects.
  • Coordinate external recruitment suppliers, ensuring alignment with service levels and timelines.
  • Act as a central point of contact for recruitment-related requests from the Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment reporting and analytics, providing data-driven insights to optimize hiring performance.
  • Deliver operational and administrative support where automation is not yet in place, ensuring continuity and efficiency of recruitment processes.
  • Partner with Global Mobility and Recruitment teams to support the relocation and onboarding of international hires.

You will be part of an international Talent Acquisition team that supports key business domains such as Commerce & Buying, Tech, Finance, HR and Supply Chain. Together, we partner closely with our stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver the right talent for their teams. We work in a pragmatic, hands-on way, driven by Action’s values of simplicity, discipline, cost consciousness and respect. Collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement are central to how we operate, ensuring we can scale our recruitment processes and support Action’s rapid growth across Europe.

This is you


You excel at building relationships within a large network of stakeholders, understand tools and integrations, and proactively identify areas for improvement, taking initiative to implement changes.

In addition you

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in HR administration or a comparable role.
  • Are a very organized person who enjoys applying structure 
  • Are familiar with recruitment tooling is seen as an advantage
  • Are strong with PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Are fluent in English. If you speak Dutch then that would be seen as a bonus.
