Working together successfully lies at the heart of these challenges. Recruitment Operations plays a crucial role here from our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost. Action is looking for young professionals who can provide insights and ideas to optimise the recruitment process. 
 

Your daily tasks

As a trainee in the Recruitment Operations department, you will work on a product that has a positive impact on the organisation. You will receive practical guidance from the organisation as part of your studies. Together with your internship supervisor, you will seek out a topic that you can research during your internship. What you offer

You are currently studying in higher professional education (HBO) or for a Master's degree in Marketing, Psychology or a business-related subject. As part of your studies, you are looking for a graduate internship for four to five days a week starting from February 2025. You are solution-oriented and analytical. You are:
