Recruitment Operations Work Placement

Action is a fast-growing company looking for an enthusiastic trainee for the Recruitment Operations department. If you are a higher professional education (HBO) or Master's student in International Business looking for an internship,  be sure to read on – because we need you!

Working together successfully lies at the heart of these challenges. Recruitment Operations plays a crucial role here from our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost. Action is looking for young professionals who can provide insights and ideas to optimise the recruitment process. 
 

Your daily tasks

As part of your internship, you will have the opportunity to work on the international aspect of recruitment operations. You will work with all 12 countries in which Action operates, which represents a fun challenge in which intercultural communication plays a major role. You will also be involved in:

• Setting up and analysing reports, such as those detailing visitors to our careers page or applicants for different positions
• Supporting our hiring teams across Europe
• Coordinating the development of recruitment marketing materials 
• Managing online recruitment marketing campaigns
• Working with the Employer Brand team to align social media campaigns with the organisation's needs and more
• Optimising the recruitment process by personalising automated email communications, for example

What you offer

You are looking for an internship that is a perfect match for your studies. You are proactive in your work and are willing to learn the many aspects involved in recruitment operations. You like to immerse yourself in data and have a critical eye. Experience of working in an office is a plus. In addition, you have the following:

• The aspiration to complete an internship for four to five days a week from February 2025
• The desire to complete business-related studies
• Some experience of working with Microsoft systems or similar Google products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• An excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
