Action is growing rapidly, and we're looking to enhance our recruitment team by adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist specifically focused on our CFO & smaller domains, which includes the Real Estate, Store Operations and Strategy & Analytics departments. Based at our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost, your main goal will be to attract and recruit exceptional talent aligned with Action’s ambitious international vision.
This is your daily action
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within your portfolio. You'll spend your days actively sourcing candidates from your carefully built talent pools on platforms such as LinkedIn, discussing recruitment needs with hiring managers, and proactively aligning with HR business partners on upcoming vacancies.
You'll strategically utilise various media channels, crafting compelling content such as testimonials and videos designed to engage and attract your target audience. Conducting candidate interviews and providing an outstanding candidate experience will be a core part of your role. When you've found the ideal candidate, you'll confidently extend an attractive offer and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
Collaboration is at the heart of Action's success. You'll be part of a strategic partnership alongside HR business partners and hiring managers. Additionally, you'll join a dedicated HR team comprising a Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Recruitment Operations Specialist, Recruiters, our RPO and a Recruitment Coordinator, all working together to achieve our shared goal of sourcing the right talent to drive Action's continued growth.

You are strong in identifying talent that perfectly matches specific needs of the domains in your dept. Thanks to your strategic insight, you are a trusted sparring partner for HR Business Partners and management. With your excellent stakeholder management skills, you quickly build strong professional relationships.
Additionally, you have:
- HBO/Bachelor’s level education or thinking level
- At least 6 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting within the Netherlands or for Dutch companies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
