Action is growing extremely fast internationally, which means the number of employees is growing steadily along with it. Today, more than 70.000 employees use our HR applications, such as SAP Employee Central Payroll and SAP SuccesFactors. As a Sr. Application Analyst, you know how to continuously facilitate our business and suppliers in the right way in a constantly changing environment.
This is your daily action:
We now have over 2,900 stores in 12 countries. It doesn't stop there and that is also a great challenge for you. You contribute significantly to the stabilization and optimization of the HR processes.
Why? Because you know everything about HR-related applications and especially SAP ECP and/ or SuccessFactors. Your focus is on application management and you ensure, together with the suppliers, that we translate the demands from the business into requirements. In addition, you ensure, together with the suppliers, the successful realization of change requests. You set priorities, determine the test requirements and consider whether implementation in standard software is possible.
You are involved in many initiatives, and you consult with the solution architect and the service delivery manager on how we ensure an optimal solution for our users. Furthermore, you are the point of contact within the organization for incidents in the applications and you solve emerging problems. To this end, after we have trained you properly, you might work a one-week on-call shift several times a year.

Action Technology has multiple Application Analysts with whom you will discuss overarching topics. You will be a part of the Biztech HR Tech team.
This is you
You are pragmatic and results-oriented. You feel at home in a dynamic organisation in which you switch seamlessly between your different activities. You will communicate at a business level with application specialists, business process owners and suppliers, among others. In doing so, you will also ensure punctual documentation so that every stakeholder is perfectly informed about the status of the work you are doing.
You also have the following:
- Affinity with IT
- Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll and/ or Succesfactors
- Experience in a similar role as an analyst
- Excellent command of English (both oral and written)
