Talent Acquisition Specialist – Supply Chain


(Full-time / Part-time, 32-38 hours per week)

Action is expanding quickly, and we are enhancing our recruitment team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing primarily on our Supply Chain Overhead Department. You'll also occasionally support recruitment for our international Supply Chain roles. Based at our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you'll play a vital role in attracting talent to match Action’s ambitious international growth.
 

This is your daily action


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Supply Chain, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Supply Chain Overhead Department and occasionally support international recruitment initiatives. Your days will involve actively sourcing top talent through your well-maintained talent pools on platforms such as LinkedIn, consulting with hiring managers about their recruitment needs, and proactively partnering with HR business partners to anticipate and address upcoming vacancies.

You will strategically leverage various media channels to develop engaging content that resonate with your target audience. Conducting candidate interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience is integral to your role. Once the ideal candidate is identified, you'll confidently present compelling offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.

Collaboration is at the heart of Action’s culture. You’ll partner strategically with HR business partners and hiring managers and become a valuable member of a dedicated HR team that includes a Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Recruitment Operations Specialist, six Recruiters, and a Recruitment Coordinator. Together, we're united in the mission to bring the right talent onboard and fuel Action's ongoing growth.

You're an expert in identifying and recruiting talent specifically tailored to Supply Chain roles. With a proactive approach and exceptional stakeholder management skills, you easily build robust professional networks. Your strategic perspective makes you a trusted advisor to HR business partners and hiring managers.

Additionally, you have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  2. At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience
  3. Proven experience recruiting within the Netherlands or for Dutch companies
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
