Talent Manager (Engagement, Diversity, and Inclusion)


(Full-time, 38 hours per week)

Your daily Actions


As a Talent Manager, you will lead key initiatives to build our employee engagement and development initiatives. You will be responsible for our employee engagement surveys and follow up, implementation of diversity, Equity and inclusion (D&I) plans and activities, and well-being initiatives to foster a thriving workplace. In addition you will also lead the development and execution of our growth tracks such as our junior and senior traineeships. You will also manage a team of specialists to deliver on these initiatives. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the execution of Action’s Employee Engagement Survey. 
  • Analysing survey results and collaborating with the business to create relevant action plans
  • Update the DE&I policy to meet the needs of a diverse workforce as we grow
  • Implementing activities to promote DE&I within the organisation
  • Developing and coordinating awareness campaigns, training, and events on D&I topics for all employees
  • Implementing well-being initiatives to support employee health and work-life balance
  • Managing talent growth tracks across the business, including programmes for trainees and management-level employees
  • Leading and mentoring the team of specialists, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to drive engagement, learning, and development
  • Measuring and enhancing employee engagement is a crucial part of our talent approach, and we see it as a top priority. By continuously understanding our employees' needs, we can further strengthen our culture and create an engaging and inclusive work environment.

Action HR has grown into a strategic Centre of Excellence in recent years. Within our department, the Recruitment team brings in new talent for our international headquarters. Compensation & Benefits is responsible for everything related to salaries, bonuses, and other employment benefits. People Development ensures that all our employees have opportunities for growth and development. HR Projects creates initiatives to enhance the value of our HR department within Action. Our Shared Service Centre supports our country offices with payroll administration and other HR services. Lastly, each supporting department has its own HR Business Partner who manages employee inflow and outflow and connects them with our overall HR team.

Who you are


As a Talent Manager, you are a professional in your field and have the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution. At Action, we keep things simple, allowing us to move quickly from ideas to implementation. If you enjoy leading projects, identifying needs, developing action plans, and driving progress at a fast pace, this is the role for you. You will work in a supportive environment where you can take real steps forward and make things happen.

Additionally, you have:

  • Strong experience in Employee Engagement
  • Proven ability to manage engagement surveys on a large scale
  • Knowledge of D&I trends and related legislation
  • Ability to build and maintain a great culture through well-being initiatives
  • Experience leading and managing a team within the People Development function
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High delivery speed and ability to perform in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
