Team Lead HR Reporting and Analytics


Part time/Full time, 32 - 38 hours per week

Action continues to grow and expand internationally. We are now active in 12 countries and have ambitious plans to further expand our presence every year. To support our growth, we invest in best-in-class HR data, reporting systems and processes. In the coming years, we have drawn up a clear roadmap for HR data and analytics. This includes initiatives such as standardising HR reporting across countries, improving our dashboards and analytics tools, and supporting strategic decision-making with data.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is analytically strong, has an eye for detail, works in a process-oriented way and has extensive experience with data analysis, reporting systems and HR processes. This is your daily action


As Team Lead HR Reporting & Analytics, you lead a team and ensure that HR reports and dashboards are delivered in time, right first time and that HR data is converted into insights that enable Action to make smart decisions. You will work in the HR Information Systems team and report directly to the Manager HRIS.

Furthermore:

  • You will manage and improve the HR reporting process for all our entities and our international headquarters.
  • You translate data into insights that enable HR and business leaders to make well-informed choices.
  • You ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of data and reporting systems.
  • You advise HR management on data and analysis options.
  • You will develop strategies and KPIs to make HR processes measurable.
  • You will lead HR reporting related projects and ensure flawless execution and delivery.

Meet your team


You will become part of the HR Information Systems team at our international headquarters. Within this team, you will lead the HR Reporting & Analytics team, consisting of several passionate experts. The focus is on delivering valuable HR insights and improving reporting quality and systems. Together with stakeholders inside and outside HR, you will work on a data-driven culture that contributes to the success of Action.
 

This is you

  • You are analytically strong, proactive and result oriented.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • You inspire your team to keep getting better.
  • You can convey complex information clearly, even to people without any technical knowledge.
  • At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors and Excel.
  • Excellent presentation skills and command of MS Office applications.
