This is your daily action


As a Treasury Specialist, you will work with an energetic team to keep the company's financial processes running smoothly.  You are the spider in the web and will support various teams with their Treasury issues. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow, both from your colleagues and through hands-on experience!

Furthermore:

  • Banking transactions: You are responsible for handling Treasury payments and banking issues in a timely manner.
  • Analysing: You will provide support to the cash and bank accounting team, managing bank balances and executing transfers.
  • Bank guarantees: You will be responsible for processing bank guarantees for our future stores. You will ensure that all documentation is handled accurately and the proper steps are taken to process the guarantees into our system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Mailbox: You will manage the mailbox and ensure messages are followed up quickly and efficiently. You will organize the mailbox, sort priorities and ensure that important communications are not lost.
  • Administration: You will keep records of loans and other financial obligations.
  • Processes: You work with the department in establishing Treasury processes.
  • Collaboration: You will work with both internal teams and external parties to streamline and optimize financial processes where necessary.

Treasury falls within the Finance domain which includes teams such as Accounting, Financial Control and Tax. The Treasury department within Action is a young department responsible for managing financial risks, cash management, bank related products and Insurance. You will work in a professional, close and ambitious team where knowledge sharing and cooperation in a relaxed working atmosphere is very important. Together we ensure that Action remains financially healthy, ready for further growth and facilitated towards a sustainable future.

You are a curious, energetic team player with a proactive attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic environment to build Action's future together. You excel at managing multiple priorities and are eager to develop further.

  • You have at least an HBO working and thinking level.
  • Experience within Finance is an advantage.
  • You want to work in an energetic team that values cooperation, innovation and a good working atmosphere.
  • You are customer-oriented and can communicate clearly and effectively, both within the team and with other departments.
  • You can work in a dynamic work environment where you also have an eye for detail.
  • You are good at being organized and make smart use of technology to work efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Excel or other tools is a plus - we'll teach you the rest!
  • English language is a must, Dutch language is an advantage.
