Then this is your chance to join Action, one of Europe’s fastest-growing retailers, as a Workforce Management Specialist!
This is your daily Action
As a Workforce Management Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our HR technology landscape, ensuring our Workforce Management Solutions run smoothly across all Action countries. You’ll be the expert keeping everything stable, optimised, and ready for the future.

And that’s not all! You’ll play a crucial role in the migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Dimensions). Your expertise will bridge the project team and HR colleagues, ensuring a smooth transition with clear communication, change management, and training.
This is your chance to make a real difference in a fast-paced, international environment where your ideas and expertise will shape the way we work.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and support exciting HR technology projects that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Solve problems before they happen; identify, resolve, and escalate potential bottlenecks in HR applications and processes.
- Take ownership of system improvements and updates, ensuring seamless integrations and best-in-class performance.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams across multiple countries to manage system changes and upgrades.
- Train and guide HR teams, ensuring everyone understands and uses the systems effectively.
- Work closely with HR experts and country HR teams to customise solutions that meet specific country needs.
- Analyse new features and system enhancements, recommending cutting-edge solutions to improve the way we work.

You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while keeping an overview of what’s most important. You’re a great communicator, capable of translating technical updates into clear, practical information for end-users, and you love helping teams get the most out of their tools.
You also bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, HR, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Management solutions (Kronos, Workday, UKG Pro Workforce Management, etc.), preferably in retail.
- Experience with HR cloud solutions (SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Fluent English skills (Dutch is a bonus!).
